The important factors

SAFETY AND COMMISSION

We understand that the safety and reliability of every ride are paramount. That’s why we take the commissioning process seriously. Our dedicated team meticulously tests and fine-tunes each installed ride to ensure it meets the highest safety standards and provides a thrilling yet secure experience for your guests. From electrical systems to ride mechanics, we leave no stone unturned in the commissioning phase. Rest assured, your rides will be ready to deliver excitement and joy, knowing that they’ve undergone rigorous testing under our expert care.

The commissioning process

Three important steps.

  1. Safety systems testing

    Emergency stops, restraints.

  2. Electrical & mechanical systems check

    Control systems, sensors, motors, brakes.

  3. Operational testing

    Real-world condition simulations, test loads.

After opening day

Safety doesn’t end at commissioning.

  • Preventive maintenance

Every ride we operate or maintain runs on a scheduled inspection calendar, not a reactive one — issues are caught before they affect a guest.

  • Operator training

Ride operators and maintenance staff are trained and certified on the specific attractions they run, as part of our Training service.

  • Independent verification

Commissioning is documented and checked against internationally recognised amusement safety standards before an attraction opens to the public.
